At Steps New York, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
